Happy Mother’s Day Weekend! I have a super secret recipe I’ve had up my sleeve for two years now! A Whole30 BBQ Sauce Recipe. Since there isn’t a commercially-produced Whole30 BBQ Sauce that’s approved, people ask me ALL the time for a recipe. Well here it is, folks!

I am really looking forward to time together with my little family to celebrate – and of course, nom on some delicious clean eats! It’s been so crazy celebrating BEING a mom these last four years- I spent 22 years celebrating just the moms in my life! It’s a fun addition being celebrated as well 🙂

This weekend we are going to do a Mother’s Day barbecue with three generations of moms- I can’t wait! Especially in the south, when it starts to get warm, barbecue is what I crave! Now all you need is this Whole30 Barbecue sauce recipe, and you’re all set! I know I’ll be bringing it with me Sunday!

I think you will LOVE my recipe for barbecue pork shoulder – the sauce is out of this world amazing and totally paleo and Whole30 compliant. I’m obsessed. This will quickly become a summertime staple – I mean, what’s summer without some good ol’ BBQ?!

Your summer won’t be complete without this Barbecue sauce! Just because you follow a paleo or Whole30 diet does not mean you have to skip barbecue season! Right?
