I’m always looking for ways to clean up my favorites and make them healthier. This Blueberry Muffin Smoothie Recipe is a great way to indulge in the delicious flavors of a blueberry muffin without all the added sugar, fats, and unnecessary extra calories.

Silk’s Oatmilk is over the top creamy and delicious, and by using a plant-based milk such as Silk’s Oat Yeah™, your smoothie is dairy free! I find it at my local Sprouts Farmers Market.
This Blueberry Muffin Smoothie Recipe comes together so quick and easy! Just throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. They are easy to grab and go in your favorite travel mug – just like a regular muffin!Print
Makes 1 smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 cup Silk® Oat Yeah™
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 T + 1 t hemp seeds* (divided into 2 T and 1 t for topping)
- ⅛ t cinnamon
- ⅛ t sea salt
- ⅛ t vanilla
- Fresh blueberries, for topping
*3 T hemp seeds = 10 g of protein + healthy fats and fiber
Swap blueberries for frozen banana for a Banana Muffin Smoothie
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or mug and top with fresh blueberries and 1 t hemp seeds.
