Makes 1 smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 cup Silk® Oat Yeah™
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 T + 1 t hemp seeds* (divided into 2 T and 1 t for topping)
- ⅛ t cinnamon
- ⅛ t sea salt
- ⅛ t vanilla
- Fresh blueberries, for topping
*3 T hemp seeds = 10 g of protein + healthy fats and fiber
Swap blueberries for frozen banana for a Banana Muffin Smoothie
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or mug and top with fresh blueberries and 1 t hemp seeds.
