chopped (or tiny pearl onions)

1 box beef broth (@barebonesbroth is my favorite!)

dried rosemary

dried thyme

whole bay leaves

minced or pressed

Method
Chop the onion and throw it in the
InstantPot
.
Add all other ingredients and click “beef/ stew.”
