divided into 2 T and 1 t for topping

Fresh blueberries
for topping
*3 T hemp seeds = 10 g of protein + healthy fats and fiber
Swap blueberries for frozen banana for a Banana Muffin Smoothie
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or mug and top with fresh blueberries and 1 t hemp seeds.
