Blueberry Muffin Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 smoothie


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1 cup Silk® Oat Yeah™
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 T + 1 t hemp seeds* (divided into 2 T and 1 t for topping)
  • t cinnamon
  • t sea salt
  • t vanilla
  • Fresh blueberries, for topping

*3 T hemp seeds = 10 g of protein + healthy fats and fiber

Swap blueberries for frozen banana for a Banana Muffin Smoothie



  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass or mug and top with fresh blueberries and 1 t hemp seeds.
