Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable. Due to the nature of event planning and limited capacity, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, illness, no-shows, or any other reason.

If the event is canceled by the organizer, registrants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future event.

This event is intended for wellness practitioners, holistic providers, and related wellness businesses. The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that are not aligned with the purpose of the event.

Photography & Social Media

By attending the event, you acknowledge that photos and/or video may be taken for promotional and community-building purposes, including social media and future event marketing. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify the organizer at the event.

Networking & Professional Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with all attendees. Harassment, aggressive solicitation, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
