Looking for some easy Halloween Treats?? Look no further! 🙂 Rice Krispie Treats are seriously one of my all time favorite sweet treats! They remind me of my childhood, and they are hands down one of THE easiest recipes to make of all time…


Ingredients
Method
- In a medium pan on the stove on low heat, melt the butter and the marshmallows. Constantly stir until they are completely blended.
- Add the rice krispie cereal and stir until combined, then place in an ungreased 9x9 in square dish and allow to cool.
- Cut into 12 rectangles and place on parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips (in a pan or in the microwave) and place in a piping bag or a Ziploc bag and cut the corner off. Just make sure you start small with the hole! You can always make it bigger 😉
- Pipe an X on the treats, then add another squattier x, making 8 legs total.
- Once all treats have their legs, cut a slightly larger hole in your bag, and pipe a circle for the spiders' bellies.
- Cut each of the miniature marshmallows in half, and place them on the spiders' bellies while the chocolate is still melted.
- Add a tiny dot of chocolate to the back of each miniature chocolate chip and place on the marshmallow eyes.
- Allow to cool completely and serve!
