Peanut Butter Overnight Oats Recipe

When you soak your oats overnight using SILK® Oatmilk, the oats become super creamy and tender. Using oat milk also preserves and enhances the delicious oaty flavor. You can enjoy them cold (right out of the fridge) or hot (just zap them in the microwave or warm them in the oven). Top these Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter with your favorite fruit, nuts, and seeds for added flavor and texture to accompany the creamy oats.

Not only are these overnight oats packed with flavor, but also contain 15 grams of plant based protein per serving! And by using gluten free oats and dairy free SILK® Oatmilk, you’ve got a healthy, yummy, fiber-rich, bite to eat.
