What’s for dinner?

That’s probably the most common question everybody asks every single day.

There’s this never-ending cycle of trying to find out what should we be eating again and again and again. And then throw in your picky eaters! Not only do we eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but a lot of times, we could be responsible for feeding our kids. The dilemma then becomes even more difficult. But it doesn’t have to be.

In this episode, we’re going to talk about meal planning and meal prepping. Mastering meal planning and prepping just makes life so much easier for you and your family. Well, it did for me, and that’s what got me into writing the cookbook Prep, Cook, Freeze. Whether you’ve already grabbed a copy, or are about to – or not, let me just share with you this very useful method that you can apply in your everyday life.

My goal today is to help you learn how to plan and prep effectively. Learn new skills that you can put into use in your kitchen so you will feel empowered to plan and prep your meals – with ease and in a healthy way.

In this episode, you will hear:
